1. Services
We provide mobile DJ services for various events, including but not limited to weddings, parties, corporate events, and private functions. Our Services include music entertainment, sound system setup, and lighting effects.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking
- To book our Services, contact us via our contact us page. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.
2.2 Payment Methods
- We accept payments via Cash, Bank transfer, credit/debit card & Apple Pay.
2.3 Cancellation
- If you cancel the booking more than [number] days before the event, you will receive a full refund of the deposit.
- If you cancel the booking within [number] days of the event, the deposit is non-refundable.
3. Event Requirements
3.1 Venue Access
- The client must ensure the venue provides adequate access and space for the setup and performance of our Services.
- The client is responsible for ensuring the venue complies with all health and safety regulations.
3.2 Equipment
- We provide all necessary DJ equipment. However, if the client requests additional or specific equipment, this may incur extra charges.
3.3 Power Supply
- A reliable power supply must be available at the venue. Any power failure or issues affecting our performance are not our responsibility.
4. Performance
4.1 Music Selection
- We will work with the client to create a suitable playlist for the event. However, we reserve the right to modify the playlist as needed during the event to maintain the atmosphere.
4.2 Duration
- The standard performance duration is [number] hours. Additional time will incur extra charges, subject to availability.
4.3 Conduct
- We maintain a professional standard at all times. Any inappropriate behavior from the client or guests that affects our performance may result in early termination of our Services without a refund.
5. Liability
